However, due to a lack of communication between myself and the customer service representative, I ended up thinking the product wouldn't be shipped, when in fact I needed to wait up to two days for it to be sent. Upon contacting customer service again, I was immediately informed of what had happened, they apologized, and refunded me 100% of the amount. I know unforeseen events happen, so yes, the company is reputable, because even with the problem, they refunded the full amount of my order. I leave here my positive review and hope to do business with them again soon.
