Review Time
Bad glasses, poor quality, weak, and incorrect lenses (make me feel sick when wearing although correction prescription was submitted). Wanted to get these as cheap temporary/backup glasses until I get my main ones sorted but can't stomach wearing them for more than 5 mins. Also case they came in is filthy for some reason.
I uploaded what I thought were the correct prescriptions for my Mom, but they were wrong, someone from the team contacted me to inform me of the error. I then asked that the order be cancelled and Mom will do a new test, and I'll order another time. This was confirmed, and a refund was promised.To my shock, they produced the glasses, knowing the prescription was wrong, and sent them anyway. What a terrible company without care. I was informed that the glasses would impair vision and might cause damage, but they expect me to keep them anyway, since I won't get a refund.Waste of money and time, stay away from this terrible company.
II had a very disappointing experience with Low Cost Glasses. Communication was poor from the beginning. I was asked to send pictures of the glasses, which I did, yet they later claimed otherwise. I requested a return label multiple times, but it was never provided. I was also informed by email that I would receive a refund, but even after waiting 13 days, no refund was issued. After that, they continued to lie, claiming that clear glasses were sent, then saying they would send a new clip, and later stating that no refund was ever promised. I have all the evidence to support my claims. This entire process wasted a lot of my time and caused unnecessary frustration. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
