Review Time
Im always nervous using a new hairdresser qnd i had already been told that Cellys Newbury get mixed reviews. Ankha (sp?) did my hair today blonde foils, cut and blowdry and i am beyond delighted! She did an amazing job of my hair and i am so pleased with it. She cut it slightly shorter than i was expecting but she absolutely nailed it, trust your hairdresser! Im moving to Cornwall soon but i think I will be returning to Newbury for my hair! I will be lucky to find another hairdresser as good.
Absolutely awful went to have my roots done and my lengths dyed she put 2 toners on I left there looking terrible my hair looked grey and all different shades she also cut for too much off I ask for shoulder length not chin she was too concerned about receiving an email from her kids school saying they would be in different classes next year I had to go home and get my husband to redye my hair he normally does my roots and lengths perfect and he's not a hairdresser I don't know what the he'll she found so difficult about it. Thus was in the Yeovil branch
I don't even know where to start... the worst haircut ever!!!!!I was so happy when I was told I could be seen the same day, now I wish I never went! To be clear, I am talking about the shop in Boscombe.Went for a trim, came out with at least 5 inches off...and what is even worse, 1 side is shorter than the other!!! THE WORST HAIRCUT EVER!!!!!! Honestly, avoid!!!I have to find someone now to fix this mess, and my long hair is gone. I cried , first time ever over a haircut.And it wasn't even cheap. Terrible!!!!
Today had my second haircut with JADE at Cellys, Taunton. And, once again, she cut my hair exactly as I had asked - even though my request was slightly unusual. And, when I asked her opinion of a slight alteration, her suggestion to cut my hair in increments until I was happy, was perfect. A very pleasing result!
I was greeted by Paola, who immediately showed me to a seat, no waiting. She asked me how I would like my hair, listened and then followed my instructions precisely. She was very polite and pleasant. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you, Paola. 😀
Went to Cellys at beginning of June, when arrived it was cash only so went and got £50.00 out of bank put two 10s in front of phone and a 20 and a 10 in the back. At £19.00 per treatment I was going just for wash and cut but decided to have dried and styled. When finished went to the till and gave Greta who was my stylist the two 10s and took the 20 and 10 out from the back gave her the 20 and put the 10 back. When I looked back up Greta said I was 10 short so not thinking gave her the other 10.whe I got outside and realised what she had done I returned and she denied taking 50 off me when it should of been 40. The boss said he checked the camera and she did not put the other 10 anywhere so he is either in with the theft or he did not check.I left that shop with no money. This was in Cellys in Gravsend and the stylist was GRETA.
I'm was in Boscombe Cellys salon where me kindly expect hairdressers. Was so welcoming atmosphere! This day my haircut done WERY Lovely Hairdresser Andzelika,She was WERY professional and so Kind and accurate,am was Glad from my experience there.Thank You Andzelika!
