Left us high and dry after promising us help navigating. Promised help with prescriptions and prescription costs - no help. Promised help with durable medical equipment - no help. Made an appointment window to visit the patient - NO SHOW and NO CALL. Wasted 3 hours waiting for nurse to show. Contacted the nurse and she says removed from schedule. No apology and no explanation. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Location: Brunswick, GA Address: 160 Juniper Ct # 102Centerwell Home Health falsely advertises services they do not provide. In the website they stated they provide speech therapy; however, this company do not have a speech therapist (SLP). Also they state on their documentation records their healthcare professionals instructed caregivers on many topics. This never occurred during any of their visits. They hire incompetent nurses who cannot properly provide wound care treatments. Most of the clinical managers of this company fail to take their roles seriously and should not be managing any company. This company should be shutdown if they refuse to improve their services and staff!
My husband had a stroke and a PT and OT came to our home for therapy for a period of time. During that time, a brace for his stroke hand was ordered. It still had not come during the therapy sessions. I had called the company a couple of times to check on the brace, but it was always pending. When my husband's therapy ended, I called again about the brace. It had been delivered to the wrong address! Someone had certainly dropped the ball! So, my husband has no brace for his stroke hand. The company will not right the wrong. The brace belongs to my husband, and it should be sent to him.
Website extremely difficult to sign in. Calling them you have to go through a dumb as rock AI for a while to get to a human. Have had to do this everytime! Not worth it! Would rather spend 20 in gas than to go through all the hoops for a damn perscription. And it ask for date of incident, there are three dates because it doesnt get resolved
My wife had surgery requiring in home care. The PT crew always showed up on time. But the nursing crew was a whole different story. My wife called numerous times and was told someone would be there today. Never showed up. They are supposed to do bloodwork weekly for her antibioticsIt's been a month since surgery, I'm not sure what they are doing with the blood, but it isn't showing up anywhere. Will never use these guys again.
First, the over the phone appointments are not reliable.They offer a day that I can be available, I write it on my calendar and the day of the appointment which was confirmed the day before, when I show up to the office I'm told that my appointment is not scheduled or not in the system. The problem is the incompetent employees that take the calls don't put it in the system. Read this, I take a medication on a daily basis, the doctor that is assigned to me, Karyn Harris goes on vacation days before my meds are about to run out and I requested a refill, they told me that I needed to make an appointment with a different doctor but if you see a different doctor I couldn't go back to the doctor that was assigned to me from the beginning any longer. The new doctor didn't want to refill my medicine which has been prescribed for over a year and made a referral for a psychiatrist, I take this particular medicine for insomnia and told the lady who I spoke with after a text sent to me by the doctor with a referral for a psychiatrist and told her I didn't need a psychiatrist just a refill, her answer was, that's the policy. Days later I cancelled the appointment of the psychiatrist and waited for Dr. Harris to arrive from her vacation. Called her office for a refill, lol and the lady that works at the Craig Rd Center Well Health told me, you don't have Dr Harris any longer. I told her I had cancelled the appointment with the doctor, she looks in the screen of her computer and said, oh that's right then she placed the refill request to Dr Harris and the next day the prescription was sent to my pharmacy. These policies they have don't make sense so I moved to intermountain health care which don't have these ridiculous rules. So you know, it will happen to you. Based on this experience I don't recommend this health provider to no one. Dr Harris,you are a good doctor which listens to the patients. Beginning in March 2025 I will no longer be a patient of yours and will move to Intermountain Health Care which I confirmed that they don't follow senseless policies of that kind. First of all these people are being paid. They act like their doing you a favor. They tell you when their coming and hardly ever show up on time. They never call to say their going to be late, and sometimes they don't show up at all. They treat the elderly, and sick with no regard or respect. I intend on writing my senator and anyone else who will listen. Also calling them on their 24 hour line only gets you a recording telling you to call another # that gets you another recording. I strongly urge you to check around before trusting these people. I just cancelled them. I see their ads about all the things they do and its just not true. I'm not a complainer and I do understand things happen. But they've all got phones. Theirs no excuse for not calling. Be careful my friends who you trust with your Health Care,
