Do not use centerwell they will have ypu running in circles of confusion the app does not always work but the customer service is why I left. U gotta call alot because it will lock u out of the account. Then u get to talk to someone who has no knowledge of how thier own system works. And will be rude condescending and not let u answer questions they ask.no resolution ! Just stick to local pharmacies they deliver too.

Had a nurse was supposed to visit me to resurt me. Said she call me but her number never came up on my phone. She didn't leave a number. End of day i call office to see why my nurse didn't show up. The office person but the nurse that call me on three way. She stated she call. I said i didn't get her call. So so comes out the next day. This nurse was so rough with my leg i sarted to pull my leg away but i needed it done.Call ofice to tell them i don't want her back out to my home. The lady Gill said ok. Well, they sent her again. I call to talk to the higher up supervisor and told her about my situation and i could tell real fast that was a mistake. I could tell right away they didn't want to hear me out. I call back to ask for corporate office number, and they said they didn't know it. Now this Gill nurse calls me and they wouldn't be seeing me any longer. LOL, So i have word this nurse that a lot of patients complain about that here mom is on the board of directors. Go figure. This Louisville location is so corrupted. They cater to this one nurse for she is their Guinea Pig at this location. LOL they all need one. Then this Gill person sends my doctor i talk and make their nurses made. LMBO for me and my nurses enjoyed one another. I appreciate anyone that will help me. My other three nurses were top notch, and we all had fun talking. . I have filed a case with the Ethics Community and the Ky. Board of Nursing. This Louisville location people are liars. Humana with all these negative reviews won't investigate nothing. I am if i have to get a layer.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT JOINING CENTERWELL STONE MOUNTAIN! They showed me evidence they do not care about a patient as an individual, are incompetent, and have no compassion.I am 73 years young and I was kicked out (“discharged”) from CenterWell Stone Mountain on my third appointment to the facility. Supposedly, although I have Blue Cross and Blue Sheild, I was kicked out just because I did not have Medicare! How is it by my third appointment, it was just discovered?Incompetent business management: I wanted to be a patient of Oak Street Healthcare, but they only accepted Medicare. Since I did not have it, I kept looking for senior healthcare provision. I called CenterWell to inquire if BC and BS insurance was accepted as payment. I was told yes! On my first appointment I was impressed by how clean and organized the place was, respect shown for patient’s time in processing for the doctor’s visit, and the friendliness of the staff. Obviously friendly does not equal competence and compassion. It took my third visit for them to report to me I did not qualify to be their patient because I did not have Medicare. In contacting SSA to enroll in Medicare, I discovered I already had Medicare for years. I did not know enrollment is automatic when you start collecting SSA benefits after age 65. SSA is re-sending me a Medicare card. A call to Medicare is all Centerwell needed to do to verify my Medicare enrollment! We were mutually pleasant in verbal exchanges. How is it a facility that specializes in senior citizens health care did not know that before just kicking me out? … Incompetence!Incompetent clinical management: I requested to get a weight loss Rx GLPI “pill”, not injection. The prescription I got was the Glp1 medication that is exclusively for diabetics, Rybelsus, and cost greater than $900 per month. I am not diabetic so my insurance company would not approve. I made 3 different phone calls on different days to Centerwell to re-explain and request the Glp1 “pill” that is exclusively for weight loss, Wegovy, which is less than $130+ per month covered entirely by insurance. Why is it that Centerwell did not research, even Google information to help me? … Incompetence! No compassion: No contact or reaching out to me. I showed up for my standing scheduled doctor’s appointment. At that appointment they acted like they just discovered I did not have Medicare. I got the you-can-leave-now look. And I left more in disbelief than anger at that point. No attempt was taken by Centerwell to mitigate their damage to me and make sure I got continued treatment somewhere else. As I sat in my car in shock, I called back to get copies of my labs and doctor’s progress notes. When I returned to pick up my records, I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was in a meeting. According to the receptionist the manager knew about what happened to me. No one contacted me!! But I am now under Oak Street Health because it was obvious to me CenterWell is incompetent, did not care about me, and prone to coverups. All of that was a shameful experience I had at CenterWell! Senior Primary Care!
They had errors in my records, gave me a vaccine and didn't record it! Dr. was hostile when asking questions about BRCA, I have an unknown family history , but cousins and other relatives are testing positives. Dr. P got testy with me when I asked about it. Staff talked about getting a wheelchair to skip in lines at Disney land or something - unethical. Can't take off a little tiny skin tag, other Primary did, no this one I have to go to a specialist! Useless, I may just snip it off myself ih a nail clipper.Doctor dictator, he will tell you what to be concerned about and there is little discussion. Wants me back in 3 months for some unknown reason. $$$? Not going back. Three decades of mental health treatment with specialists, and this Dr. will willy-nilly go on and on about some anti-depressant to prescribe you. I had to interrupt and it was one I had a reaction to 15 years ago. HORRIBLE doctoring. Doesn't not listen or think about the individual.I went w/o a Primary Care doctor and gave myself better primary care than any of these doctors do. Only got one because I needed pre-op bloodwork, might start going w/o again, they are NOT HELPFUL, in fact they do a lot of harm.
2nd consecutive month of CenterWell just not delivering my (paid for) meds. No info online or any chat option.Hours on hold, agents completely clueless. Constant excuses about manual processes and have to call another department. No compensation, apology or supervisor avenue. Agent couldnt even find the case ID on my ticket.
I've been on hold three times so far with their customer service staff in Afghanistan (?) making $0.15 cents per month. Centerwell sent me a message asking me to choose the day I'd like my prescription delivered, which, it turns out, has nothing to do with me getting the drug on that day.
My wife and I had a very unusual experience during a follow-up visit at the CenterWell clinic in Suwanee on February 16, 2026. My wife previously worked for many years in medical billing and medical office management, and I come from a business management background, so we are both familiar with how professional medical offices normally operate.During the appointment, the physician asked if it was okay to use a digital documentation tool to assist with recording the visit, which we agreed to. However, the encounter quickly shifted away from patient care when administrative staff entered the room and presented paperwork unrelated to the medical treatment being discussed. When I declined to sign the document and explained that I was documenting the interaction myself, the visit was abruptly ended before the planned bloodwork could be completed.Later, the visit summary included statements attributed to me that I do not believe accurately reflect what occurred during the appointment. Because of this, I have formally submitted a request to amend the medical record and requested copies of the documentation used to create the note. The clinic environment initially presents itself as welcoming and patient-friendly, but our experience left us questioning whether the friendly atmosphere truly reflects how patient concerns are handled once issues arise. I hope the company takes a closer look at situations like this, because transparency, professionalism, and respect for patients should always come first—especially in clinics that serve seniors.
