Purchased an aviator jacket from Certeira in December 2025. On arrival nothing like advertised. Messaged to arrange a return. Received several emails saying they were dealing with it. But going nowhere.
I then contacted my bank and with evidence of my attempts to obtain a refund they have managed to successfully reclaim my money. This can be attempted up to 120 days after initial purchase. DO NOT USE CERTEIRA

Extremely Disappointed with the Order

The order took more than a month to arrive from overseas. I purchased a turtleneck jumper that was advertised as cashmere, but it turned out to be low-quality merino wool. They misrepresented the product, and what seemed like a great deal on cashmere was actually a cheap everyday wool jumper! I strongly advise against buying from this seller, as you will likely be very disappointed, especially due to the misleading advertisement.

Absolutely terrible experience!

If I could give no stars, I would! This is a scam! There is no office in the UK, nor do they provide a return slip! They operate from another country! The items are all fake or counterfeit, so please do not waste your money as they will not refund you! Thankfully, I reported it to my bank and received a full refund after providing evidence of emails and the website. After a 6-week wait, my money was back in my account, but I still have the item as I'm still waiting for a return label!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER. They don't even deserve a single star. The item arrived extremely late, was undersized upon arrival, and was of poor quality. The returns policy is ridiculous, as it's unavailable in Europe, even though it's still advertised on the website.

Unacceptable Business Practices

I have previously inquired about who will cover the courier charges. Please refrain from making excuses regarding your status as a new company. Your business practices are unjust. You are charging customers, yet when items don't fit, there is no proper refund policy in place. This situation is intolerable. I am ready to report this issue to the relevant authorities for unfair business practices. Upon reviewing your website, I found a listed address and phone number that seem to be misleading if there are no responses or if the address is invalid. I have proposed two reasonable options: 1. I will return the parcel to the original pickup location, or
2. You refund 75% of the amount, allowing me to keep the parcel. Please confirm which option you will choose immediately. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate this matter without hesitation. Thank you.

The provided contact details are ineffective. The address appears to be a supermarket, which is unexpected. The phone number is non-functional, and the tracking information is also unavailable. The hoodie I ordered never arrived. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! It feels like just another money-driven operation with no regard for customers. My daughter shared a link for a dress, and I foolishly placed an order without checking reviews first. The dress was disappointing and didn’t fit her well. I reached out to customer support just two hours after delivery, emailing them on Saturday. I followed up on Monday and again on Tuesday. After six days, they finally responded asking for photos of the dress, which I provided. I'm still waiting for any further communication. It looks like I’ll have to contact my bank for a chargeback. Save yourself the trouble! We later found the same dress on another platform. Stick to what you know. The customer service number is also non-functional.
