We were happy with quote and was paying be card on the phone twice he said payment was declined , so paid it with my credit card which went through.My bank account said two payments were pending so rang up and spoke to one of there operators she said it wouldn’t be taken.Yesterday a lady from accounts rang and asked my partner which payment did he want taking as there were three amounts pending , he said the cc one.Today when he looked at his bank they have taken the three amounts so £450 instead of £150, now trying to get the money back fingers crossed it didn’t sound hopeful on the phone.
Phoned plenty of caravan insurers and some of them drove me up the wall. Wish I'd have spoken to Yolanda first as she spoke plainly and clearly. She made so easy compared with the other people I'd spoken to. The five stars go to Yolanda
