Damien sorted out my issues with my elderly mother's house insurance quickly and efficiently. He was courteous and knowledgeable and explained the next steps needed to sort out the problem. A great service which I would recommend.
The wait times are too long. The customer service script is overly structured and rigid. You have to answer 30-40 questions about your policy and property just to amend a correspondence address. When I said that I did not have much time to answer all the questions they told me to call back when I did. So they would not assist me unless I went through their process. They will also charge you £20 admin for this.
