It would be enormously helpful to have a page and/or questions specifically designed for those acting as power of attorney. This situation is happening for the first time in my life and yet must happen for insurance companies all day every day. Please make it clearer and more helpful during an already stressful time for family members.
Started a policy that paid in full in advance for hte year. Vehicle registered as insured on the portals. 8 months later trying to retrieve policy documents suddenly they aren't available. Chatbots less than useless claiming policy is cancelled due to payment, however, I had paid the year in full, so not possible. They've then registered the vehicle as uninsured. Utter frauds.
