Received an empty box! Tampered parcel with opened seal

I got an empty box! The parcel was tampered with, the security seal was opened and then resealed with brown tape. The item was a bag I had hoped for my birthday. I am very disappointed and frustrated with my experience with this service and the delivery team. I'm uncertain if I will receive a refund or a replacement bag.

Received the wrong size and faced additional charges

I was sent the incorrect size despite consulting the provided size guide, and then they tried to charge me for correcting their error. The customer service was ineffective, making the entire experience feel deceptive: I was faced with €22 per item along with shipping fees just to return the wrongly shipped items. What started as a €215 order for two pairs ended up costing me around €70 just to obtain a refund. This is completely unacceptable. I advise against shopping with this company — steer clear of them. This has been the most ridiculous experience I've ever had with a seller — avoid this deceptive business.

Extremely delayed shipping and poor communication

Shipping takes WEEKS and they impose a cancellation fee even if the order is yet to be processed. There is ZERO RESPONSE when inquiring about the order status. Terrible customer service.

Received a defective item with inconsistent materials

I ordered a bag and it arrived with a major flaw; one side is genuine leather while the other side feels like plastic or faux leather. It's quite evident. I reached out to the support team but have not received any help yet. I regret not purchasing directly from the original brand considering the negative feedback.

Completely unprofessional! I ordered a jacket and after waiting over two weeks inquired about the shipment status. The response was that the jacket is sold out, and I could either check the status or request a refund. However, the online store still lists the jacket in that size as available for order...

Extremely disappointing return policy and delivery service.

The return policy of this company is extremely disappointing. I was charged £40 for delivery, which was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Additionally, the delivery service failed to arrive as scheduled. I was not informed of their inability to deliver and would have remained unaware unless I had called to reschedule. I ended up wasting two days at home waiting for the pickup.

Disappointing Purchase Experience

I had a frustrating experience with my recent purchase. The shoes were way too small—the sizing is definitely inaccurate. When I tried to return them, my request was denied due to a 'mark' on the sole, which I didn’t even wear them outside; I only tried them on at home. Additionally, I lost the tax amount on the return, which wasn’t disclosed upfront. They sent items that weren’t in perfect condition and tried to hold me responsible. I’ve shopped with other platforms for years without such issues; their return processes are smooth and clear. After this experience, I cannot recommend this service to anyone—friends, colleagues, or otherwise. It’s been incredibly frustrating.

Received two faulty Herno coats

Received two faulty Herno coats. One with a broken zipper and one missing parts. Charges to return products back are astronomical when they add in the customs fee that is not mentioned in the return policy.
