I got an empty box! The parcel was tampered with, the security seal was opened and then resealed with brown tape. The item was a bag I had hoped for my birthday. I am very disappointed and frustrated with my experience with this service and the delivery team. I'm uncertain if I will receive a refund or a replacement bag.
I was sent the incorrect size despite consulting the provided size guide, and then they tried to charge me for correcting their error. The customer service was ineffective, making the entire experience feel deceptive: I was faced with €22 per item along with shipping fees just to return the wrongly shipped items. What started as a €215 order for two pairs ended up costing me around €70 just to obtain a refund. This is completely unacceptable. I advise against shopping with this company — steer clear of them. This has been the most ridiculous experience I've ever had with a seller — avoid this deceptive business.
