Aside from the lack of customer service…

Aside from the lack of customer service personnel and delayed answers, I wish there was a number to call but other than that, everything that I have bought has arrived in great condition. I only wish everything came in its original packaging but regardless everything so far has been legit for me. And the prices are INSANE

Bought a Moncler jacket and after one…

Bought a Moncler jacket and after one wear one of the draw strings broke, which made me question its authenticity. I contacted Moncler and they could not authenticate the jacket because Cettire is not an authorized retailer. Cettire refused to accept a return or give me any options. Will never shop there again.
