AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT LOSING MONEY!

We ordered $1000+ bag but received some worthless items. We try to communicate with Cettire to investigate but only got reply after 28 days with an additional pinging email. They suddenly decided they have sent the right item and would not respond anymore, but we definitely haven't received the right items and have no rights and ability to investigate the shipping process. We're very disappointed and only get delayed, rude and not reasonable response from Cettire.

Nowhere do they advertise to be a reseller for used product. He tried to contact Cetire but only received an automated message to set up a refund and was charged a $30 refund fee!! absolutely appalling. never shipping here ever again

I had been a loyal customer of Cettire for several years, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable.

I ordered a branded handbag from their website, expecting to receive a new, complete item. Instead, the bag arrived without the strap, and it was obvious that it had already been used by someone else. The condition of the item clearly did not match the description of a new product.

I immediately contacted customer service and returned the bag. However, instead of resolving the issue, the company refused to accept responsibility. They declined my claim, charged me the full price, and left me with an incomplete, expensive item. The communication from their side was very aggressive and dismissive. They made it clear they were not interested in listening or finding a solution.

As a result, I am now forced to involve a lawyer to resolve this situation. This is the first time I have encountered such treatment from an online store, especially when ordering a supposedly new, branded product.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommended Cettire to anyone. Customers should be extremely cautious, as the company does not appear to take responsibility for the quality of the items they ship or for fair customer service.

Beware of this site and their sale pricing (bait and switch).

I placed an order and a couple of days later they canceled due to the item being "out of stock". Rather the item was still in stock and the price went up a couple of hundred dollars. This raises serious concerns about this company's sales practices. They do not honor sale pricing after completed purchases. I have read numerous reviews about Cettire now and this type of fraudulent business practice seems to be a theme with them.

It is an international company which can incur credit card fees, so if they cancel your order, you are out $.

Lastly, there is no customer service number and they do not respond to emails, which is unlike any other designer site.

Disappointing experience; won't return.

I had a disappointing experience and won't return. I purchased a pair of sunglasses, but the tag was placed right in the center of the two lenses, making it impossible to assess the glasses without removing it. It would have been better to place the tag on the outside of the frame. After taking off the tag to evaluate the glasses, I realized I didn't like them. I contacted the support team, but they wouldn't allow me to return them. Frustrating!

Unbelievably poor delivery experience

It seems that sending a large L-sized down jacket involves a bicycle courier who stated he couldn't take it and never came back. I spent €25 on this service and had to rearrange for another day. The support team was completely unhelpful. Totally unacceptable.

Extremely disappointing experience with the seller. The jacket I purchased began to peel and deteriorate after just a few uses, despite not being washed — clearly indicative of a material defect. The customer support team is unhelpful and refuses to take responsibility. Given my experience and numerous similar complaints online, I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller — the quality and after-sales support are severely lacking.

Incorrect sizing led to extra costs

I ended up spending $78 for the wrong size to be sent to me. The sizing chart provided was inaccurate, resulting in the coat being too large. Additionally, I was hit with a processing fee and a return fee for sending it back. I rated it two stars because the return process was straightforward. However, I feel it's unfair to incur charges for their error.
