Champion Windows of Cincinnati installed a wall and window in our spare bedroom and in the possess of doing so they didn't install an exterior moisture barrier which caused the interior wall of our house to take in moisture and caused mold to form and after contacting them within an hour of finding this issue we were contacted by head of installation Mark and he told us that they refuse to fix it even though their Own website said "If something breaks, Champion of Cincinnati will fix it. It’s that simple.
Loved the door I picked out and really wish I had gotten it. Sales guy could have saved us all a lot of heartache with one call... So I didn't get the door or window in it that I wanted and didn't see it until my old slider was already out. Paying a lot of money for something that I didn't want and was asked to pay an additional amount to get the glass I want put in. I would never recommend them to anyone and I will probably become a sales person for the competition just to prove a point. Extremely dissatisfied. Still have only ever been able to talk to the sales guy. No call from a manager or anyone else. The only reason I didn't give a 1 star is because the door is actually good quality.
I love my new windows! Champion was extremely easy to work with. The job turned out to be bigger and take more time than the installer had expected, but he stayed with it until it was complete. Everything was cleaned up when he left. Everyone I talked to was very nice. They just bend over backwards to satisfy you, and the windows have a life time warranty.
I would not hesitate to recommend Champion Windows. The workers were more than competent -very detailed, excellent work ethic. They were polite and dealt with repetitive questions with patience and courtesy. The work area was always left clean. We miss seeing them! If I had to find something critical, I would say the lock on the door does not seem up to the quality of all of their other products. Nevertheless, you get more than you pay for as far as competence, quality, great workers, and great outcomes!
