they did a awesome job , cleaned up well when finished ,windows look great and I can already tell a difference in house cool air is doing much better since I'm not loosing it any longer , Thank You Champion for the great presentation your sells rep gave on the new windows. I am normally a little leery of Home and Garden shows and there pitchmen but I had heard of Champion and I gave a listen. I was looking to convert a screened porch into an all seasons room. I already had the roof on the porch but the rest of it had to be redone including the footers (code had changed).I had the salesman come out and look it over and gave me a price. I had a lot of questions and he had all the answers. A few days later there engineer and site foreman came out and explained the process and later sent me the drawings. They kept their promises on price, start and finish dates and it looks exactly as they promised!. Beautiful! Great Job folks!
The good: I actually love my screen room. I found them at the North GA and they were very nice. I loved their presentation and scheduled a quote/meeting/estimate request. I love the end results and have received many compliments on the finish product. The bad: The contract states that they will get approval from the HOA, permits etc. They not only did not get my HOA approval, but also showed up without letting me know and started working. Their workers were using my hot tub as a work bench. Also you have to make sure they make good on giving you the discounts they promised. They promised in writing to give me a $250 gift card. My screen room was completed in April. I keep calling them. No one has taken ownership for getting me what they contractually agreed to, but I am sure if I did not pay in full, they would have been putting a lien on my house.
