I had a friend recommend Champion and Bron came out to the house. Very professional and not pushy. Definitely wanted to give you the best price possible, but allowed me to make the final decision. We love our new windows and had a fantastic and clean install crew.
The windows and installation are wonderful. However, the woman who referred me to Champion was told that she would receive a $200 referral fee. She has not received it. I have called 3 times to ask for it to be sent to her but it has not. She said that the man that referred her to Champion also did not receive his referral fee.It is a shame. Because of this I will not refer Champion to anyone.
We are so satisfied with our Champion windows. The house has stayed a steady temperature and the cost of our utilities has decreased. We did not have to put the plantation blinds back up on the back of the house. The 365 glass is fabulous!
After making the purchase it took a long time to get the actual windows installed. Other then that the installation went well and the windows seem to be working as advertised. I especially appreciate how light they are compared to the three pain competitors.
