Champion Windows & Home Exteriors provided a quality door that their competitors weren't able to provide. The representative was able to give us a fair quote that we were quite happy with. The installers were very knowledgable and provessional when they installed the door and side windows. We're very happy with our new door and it makes out house look so much better.
The quality and product is five star. The quality and the representatives being professional is five star but I was let down on the service there was a mixup in the order and we had to re-order and partial of the order was left off.
Overall, installation was quick and easy and the product is great. There were mistakes on the purchase agreement that kept being unresolved and led to not knowing the final cost until the financing came through. Very frustrating in that regard.
