Review Time
We had our roof reshingled by Champion, and they did a great job. This summer we had them replace our French doors and two adjacent windows. It has been nothing but frustration. The doors and windows were different colors. The door was sagging within two weeks. (Broken screw.) The wrong interior handle was installed. We have been assured by two servicemen that the correct handle has been ordered, but trying to get a return call from their sales and service people is like pulling teeth. When you do finally get them, they make promises but those promises thus far haven't been kept. At this point, I would not recommend Champion.
Everyone was friendly and most honest. The workers were polite and exceptionally on time and constantly busy! No sitting on the job with these guys! One of the workers sang while working and I loved it. He sounded so happy! I highly recommend this company!
We had a excellent experience with Champion Windows of Atlanta. From start to finish everyone we dealt with were great. Everyone did what they said, always very friendly and the quality of our windows are the best. We absolutely love our windows. Well worth the investment.
I couldn't have asked for a better company for the job. I love my new windows and gutters they are great. It has improved the look of the house and the energy saving are great plus too. They did a great job on the installation there workers are courteous and on time and cleans up before they leave. I think anyone would be pleased.
