We called Champion about new windows & they sent out a great guy named Mark Watkins. He was very likable, knowledgeable, honest, & spent a lot of time to help us find the best windows for both our needs & budget with no pressure. We were impressed by him, his professionalism & Champion's quality. I cannot imagine a better experience when it comes to buying windows.Although they haven't been installed yet, I feel confident & excited about our purchase. I know they are going to greatly improve the look & value of our home. This company is aptly named as they are indeed Champions.
Marty Stein was very thorough. He was knowledgeable and knew his product well. He was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Marty was able to meet our needs with product as well as pricing. I highly recommend Marty knowing he has great character as well as an honest person.
After 18 months of working with Champion to build our new sun room, Champion Windows had the nerve to show up with damaged, old, dirty sliding glass doors. When we refused to let them install damaged product in our brand new addition, they kept our money! I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They have not replied to our request for our $2,600 refund. (We had to hire a handyman to finish the project.)

Can't even get a quote from them. I scheduled one a month and a half ahead for when I was taking some time off work anyway and they just never showed up. I called to find out what was going on and they told me it was a mix up on their end and asked if they could reschedule. I'd picked that week specifically because I wasn't working, and the only weekend appointment they had was in another three weeks. Things happen, so I went ahead and scheduled that, but the day came and I got a phone call about 40 minutes before my appointment to say they weren't going to make it due to a scheduling conflict. They say third time's the charm, but I wasn't really interested in trying for a third appointment that I would have to wait another month for.
