I purchased a watch from Charles Fish and from a customer perspective the experience has been second to none. There was an issue with an old contact number for a DPD delivery - and Luke was exceptional in resolving the problem. The watch itself is exactly as described - a mint condition watch - and a beautiful time piece. Will def make purchase more items.
I was hesitant at sending two expensive watches for a part exchange. I needn't have worried, the whole process was seamless and very professional.The valuation quote was reasonable so I accepted and the Rolex arrived three days later. It is immaculate, beautifully boxed and packed.I have no hesitation in recommending this exceptional jeweller, especially for high end watches.
I have not received the parcel yet . It was meant to delivered on the 22nd December but they did not deliver it. They send me an email and said they delivered it where my camera did not capture on one that morning . I called Royal Mail and they are investigating it .
