Second online purchase from Charles Fish. First one a gift for my niece & this time something for myself.Needed the ring resized & this was done well & at a reasonable price. Communication is great all the way through the process from purchase to dispatch.Would recommend & no doubt we use again

I have bought many products from Charles fish over the years but never online, only in person, at first I had my doubts, once I had placed my order my mind was put to ease quickly. The process was simple and straightforward. Once my order was placed I noticed I hadn’t put my street name as part of my address, I quickly contacted Charles Fish who assured me that it should be fine. I can honestly say despite not putting my street name (my mistake) I thought this would be a problem, the delivery process from order to delivery was all smooth, in fact I placed my order on the 18th Nov and received my order 19th nov, superb customer care/ support and amazing attention to detail, my half sovereign ring came beautifully boxed & packaged extremely well. Ordered a bracelet that I had a couple of issues with regarding sizing and hallmarking, so returned the item.Had a phone call from Luke this morning regarding my bracelet, apologised for the item not being hallmarked. The bracelet will now be hallmarked and altered at no extra cost to myself. I have already been refunded whilst I wait for this to be done, and will pay for the bracelet once the item is ready to be retuned to me. Luke was really helpful and polite, and provided excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would certainly buy from them again.
