I recently bought a pre owned Rolex and overall the process was good, communication was excellent and the delivery was quick and hassle free. Unfortunately the watch was running very slow when it arrived and is now with Rolex for a movement service after they checked it (fortunately still under Rolex warranty) and it was running 17 seconds slow. I’m not sure how this passed the checks Charles Fish stated they do but now I’m without the watch for a while which is very frustrating and the only reason I haven’t given 5 stars as overall very happy with the purchase.

Had been looking for this exact watch for 8 months - it was a big birthday present from my partner. I couldn't get it new due to the delays in new stock. So looked for newish pre-loved and came across Charles Fish in a Google search. First of all, the watch is stunning - better than described. It came beautifully packaged, in a day. I thoroughly recommend Charles Fish and will deffo be using them for other purchases in the future. 10/10!

Would Definitely Recommend

My husband bought a second hand watch from Charles Fish. He spoke to them on the phone to get a few more details before purchase. It was despatched the following day, arrived a day later. Packaged beautifully, all items promised were present. The watch was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised. It was a present for me and I am extremely happy with it. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
