Sunday 07/09/2025 - Ordered a bottle of champagne with a 3-5 day delivery timeframe Friday 12/09/2025 - Followed up via email (no phone number I could find)Wednesday 17/09/2025 - Response received - "item out of stock, should be restocked next week, will ship immediately with priority and send tracking"Sunday 28/09/2025 - I sent another follow up email, given it had been 21 days with no wordTuesday 30/09/2025 - Response received, blamed Friday public holiday in Victoria, said the order would be despatched next week by the 07/10 and offered a $20 voucher (will not be used!)Wednesday 08/10/2025 - I gave up and disputed the transaction with my credit card provider. Still no word from the business and it has been 30 days now.Suggestion - do not buy from here
Ordered a bottle of spirits. Waited for the delivery. After a week it hadn’t arrived. After contacting them I’m then told it’s not in stock. Choose to wait the couple days till restock and it would be shipped. After another 2 weeks it’s a no show. Contact them again and it still not in stock. Chose to get a refund, been a month and still haven’t received my money.Ordered from their competition and this birthday present was delivered within the week from ordering. After this review, they reached out with an apology which is greatly appreciated. Their trying to fix problems and improve their services. Maybe check that they have what you want in stock before ordering to avoid a delay.
I’ve just moved out and needed to get a fair few things to stock up my liquor cupboard. Price wise these guys were no where near their competition. Even with items on sale BWS, first choice, Dan’s, etc cheapest is far cheaper(who would have thought). Premium spirits are the same price if not better than basic cheap brands at other stores. Just the Angostura Bitters alone was almost half price to anywhere else I could find.The downside with the company is the delivery time is just a blatant lie. If your buying for upcoming party expect the 2-3 delivery to take atleast 2-3 weeks. Mine was ordered on the 12/09, i contacted them via email and they offered to substitute certain things(as they have a supplier problem which was causing the delays) but I said I’d rather not. They advised me it would arrive no later than the 3rd of Oct(which it did). They apologised profusely and sent me a little gift and letter. It seems to be a fairly new company which is I believe trying to fix their teething issues, once these things start becoming a more fluid process I believe it will succeed.Buy at your own risk, I think I will be again but well in advanced before any parties just incase it does take some time.Just to restate, I don’t think the company is blatantly scamming people. I think other reviews are exaggerations of a difficult scenario, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and received everything I ordered, it just took three weeks and some emails, give them a chance if delivery times aren’t of concern.
