This is my third experience with this service, and they consistently provide an efficient service at remarkable value and quality. The online process lets you select exactly what you need, and uploading artwork is very straightforward, with guidance at every step.
the team here have been fantastic, any issues are dealt with quickly, you can't always call them and talk, as the team prioritise getting your orders sorted. I recommend emailing them and inside office hours I've always received replies within the hour! that's incredible service given how many emails they must handle for so many print jobs.If you are looking for affordable quality printing, you need look no further. and we've had: roller banners, fliers, leaflets, business cards, etc... from them without issue!here are just 2 examples of their commitment to customer service:I'll never forget the time we had a print delay and they arranged for us to drop by and collect free of charge to ensure we had our order in time (we were passing by them on the way so it was convenient for us) - Excellent service there.Another time a currier failed to deliver on time (not the printers fault mind), but they quickly re-arranged delivery for us to our hotel so we still had the needed prints for the exhibition! and no extra charges either!
Had a buisness meeting that may or may not have included a wine or two! Placed an order following this and as probably expected, I made a mistake on my flyers! Send an email as soon as I realised, they sent me a new link and boom! Flyers were saved! Quality is great, communication is spot on. Definitely my go too!!
Issues with uploaded artwork not being received (twice)... delivery date missed then the second delivery date missed (still awaiting the new delivery date!)... telephones never answered... no human interaction. You pay your money you take your chance I guess, but I doubt we'll be taking a chance again as we get great service and prices from our other online suppliers.
Nowhere near the cheapest online. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size because they quoted the size before not after folding (unlike their competitors) and even though I realised the mistake as soon as the order confirmation came through, without uploading my copy, they still managed to sting me for the cancellation fee which equalled the order fee. Actually they were 50% more expensive than others.
