I am filing this complaint regarding my purchase from We Love Street due to a product error and the company’s refusal to provide a reasonable resolution.
I received a shirt that did not match what I ordered. When I contacted customer support to report the error and request a return and refund, the company refused to acknowledge responsibility. Their response stated that “how it shows up on our end is very relevant because that is what we fulfill," implying that the error was not their problem and offering no solution.
The exchange escalated rather than being handled professionally. Despite clearly requesting a return label and refund, the company did not provide either and did not attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. The tone and substance of the communication demonstrate a lack of professionalism and customer care.
I have documentation of this correspondence, including the company’s written response, which I am prepared to provide upon request.
Desired Resolution:
I am requesting:
A full refund for the incorrect product
A prepaid return label for the item, if required
I believe this is a reasonable request given that the product delivered did not match what was ordered and no corrective action has been offered.
This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had with a vendor we love Street. This company has given me such a big problem trying to return five shirts I purchased from them as a bundle. I ordered the shirts in the size large when I received the shirts instead of a large when I opened the first and only one package which were five shirts it looked like it was a XXL.
I tried to reach out through the third party company I purchased the shirts from an app called shop and payment made through Affirm.
I've been trying to reach them since the beginning of January the shirts will order in December. I called shop they couldn't do anything I called the payment company they tried to reach out to them and all they can say was he's responsible for the payments.
What I want and would like to do since I received the shirts was to return them and get my refund back like I said this is the worst company to buy anything from I warn you do not do not purchase anything from this company you will regret it.

The conclusion is clear: if they make a mistake, the customer bears the cost. Their policies appear to prioritize the company's interests over fairly resolving legitimate issues. I decided it was best to walk away rather than invest more time or money fixing their mistakes. Save yourself the hassle and consider shopping elsewhere.

Many ads you see are misleading; most products are likely sourced from overseas despite claims to the contrary. Stay safe and informed.
Do not purchase from this store! They have no issue taking your money and then disappearing. I have filed a complaint with the appropriate authorities and will likely escalate further. They do not respond to emails or fulfill orders. I've been waiting nearly three months for my items.
After waiting almost three weeks, I received my order of three XXL shirts. While I liked them, my partner found them too loose in the abdomen. I regret not checking the reviews and return policy beforehand. They offered exchanges but required me to pay for shipping on the new items and keep the ill-fitting shirts. Returning them also involves shipping costs, making it not worth it. I won't shop here again.
This is the worst experience I've had with an online store. The clothing quality is subpar and does not resemble the photos. There is zero customer support and misleading information about their return policy. I ordered one size, and they sent a different one. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
