I think the case is of good quality but I want to return it and I can't the company don't have a return possiblity and offer me by mail 35% discount, this is what they wrote to me: With so many designs and phone models available, it’s not feasible for us to pre-produce cases in advance. Each order represents a direct cost to us, and unfortunately, making a replacement case in the hopes that someone else might purchase the same design and model isn’t something we can accommodate at this time - we only offer returns and refund for defective or damaged cases. I think this is a risk you take if you have a business!

I want to love Stringberry. The two iPhone mag safe cases I have are adorable and very strongly. I also have two Apple Watch bands, also very pretty. Unfortunately the little band that holds the strap in place broke off on both of them. I need to find something small the stretches to replace the bands. Stringberry is working on it but I think that may be a flaw in the design.
You sent the wrong case...I ordered the strongest case which showed a schematic of a screen saver and a a outside frame to lock it in...I just received the case...I tried to notify the case was missing the screen saver or top frame to lock it in place...When I called to get the rest of the case, I was told I ordered the wrong case, and was told it was my problem, and ignored anyway saying you would send the right one for 70÷ off...So I paid 42.00, and now I have to pay even more for the right one...I have promoted your site to many of my 6000 friends and followers, but now you may have ruined the experience as I have...I have already purchased from you, but needed a different size when I got my new phone...I ordered the hard and protected case, but now I refuse to use your products...It is and will stay in its mailer, and would like it sent back because I won't use it...Just send a call tag and I will send it back without any credit involved..!!!

The designs are stunning and the quality is excellent. While a bit pricey, the level of protection justifies the cost. However, one drawback is that the cases fit so snugly that they can lift any edge-to-edge screen protectors, creating a compromise between the case and the screen, which isn't ideal. This is regarding a recent purchase for a new phone model.
I received a new phone in 2025. I had a case from a previous brand on my old phone for about three years, which still looked brand new. So, getting another case from the same brand was exactly what I wanted. My daughter had a similar option from another seller for a lower price, but I wanted to ensure quality, so I chose this brand again! I absolutely love my new case and the beautiful design on it!
I ended up breaking my screen protector while trying to put this case on. The case is bulky and cumbersome. It's so smooth that my phone keeps slipping from my grip. It's completely disappointing, and there's no option to return it. How is that acceptable? I strongly advise against purchasing from them.
After just one month, a minor 4-foot drop caused the case to crack in the upper corner. I'm disappointed to have paid so much for something that didn't last longer than an inexpensive plastic case I had for four years. I take good care of my phone, so this seems poorly made. I won't be buying again.
