I had my facial laser session with Kaz today, and she is absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, made me feel completely at ease. Look forward to my next appointment with her.
I thought the treatment was nice but way too pushy on trying to upsell other services. Clearly a quick stop for those willing to try anything or those who know exactly what they need and want before arrival. I felt like I had to stand my ground to say no to extra treatments. It did not feel like a place for relaxation or self care but for speedy beauty maintenance. Very much depends on what you're looking for!
I went for a maintenance session and I was only given a patch test. I'm working full time and its hard to get the time out to do these as I dont live in wandsworth anymore. I've had several sessions in the past so I know it will be ok and you dont expect a maintenance session to be in a gap of one month - ofcourse you will leave it for longer. Im doing my bikini and per-anal area and its hard to find the right time due to being on period/pmsing. Atleast someone should have called me prior to explain the policy if they only wanted to give a patch test or given some flexibility for signing a consent form to cover. Atleast i would have known this in advance.

The procedure was repeated on the same area multiple times, leading to white bumps that I've never experienced in over five years of treatments. I expressed my concerns, and they assured me it was just heat bumps, but now on day two, it still looks concerning. If you decide to go, I recommend requesting the specialist who knows what she’s doing. Unfortunately, yesterday's visit left me feeling quite unhappy.
