Beware their 1-3 day shipping time .. lol! Try 5 weeks and no product, no communication. Sent emails asking where the order is. I finally call and I'm told per my email the order was cancelled mind you that was the last email out of 5 emails that was sent 2 days prior. Never a return email... It's like crickets! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
I've only placed two orders so far. The first shipped out five business days from order placement and the product was good.Then I placed my second order and I'm now on the ninth business day with no movement. I've sent two emails regarding it's status and so far no reply. The site says 3-5 business days so this isn't a good sign.. poor customer service is not great for brand image.
They get two starts because I've been a regular customer for a couple years and I'm trying to be nice. But I placed an order on September 1, they pulled the money on September 3 ($134). I haven't received the product or an email about any delays. I've sent 3 emails, left two voicemails and nothing...no response whatsoever. My last order was received delayed, but the gummies (cruise chews) were sticky and stuck together in a large clump...all three jars. Not sure whats happened to this company, but they've clearly gone downhill. Can't get a response to my email, but I get an email from them damn near daily trying to sell me more.
Not one not two but three inquires into the shipping status of a 135.00 order were completely ignored. I ultimately went to my bank and disputed the charge. I was a long time customer, no more. This is the second time this happened. I'm out. Do not purchase from this company. Customer service is horrible.
DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCT FROM C & C BECAUSE I NEVER GOT MY ORDER AFTER 30 DAYS, 2 EMAILS WHICH WERE IGNORED, 2 PROMISES FROM CUST SVCE & STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN SHIPPED TO ME THEY GOT MY MONEY ON DAY 1 & NOW I AM OUT THE MONEY AFTER EMPTY PROMISES.
