Review Time
Bought the New Car scented spray. It smells terrible, honestly. Nothing like a new car scent. Smells like a cheap bathroom cleaner. Website and ordering process was fine, but the product is worthless. The little trees scents are 10x better.
Pressure washer works fine. If you try buying the pressure washer... it only works with the gun they provide. With that in mind, they pigeon hole you into buying their product. Customer service is terrible. They refuse to give you the dimensions to the ending of the hose so its impossible to find a alternate part to make another gun ( that isnt their product work). Its. a good product, however keep in mind that trying to find a separate attachment to make another gun handle work is dreadful
Probably the worst customer service experience ever.They do not stand behind thier products!!! Black on Black spray cans leak and takes an act of congress for a replacement... Do not orderBe afraid. Be very afraid! Adams is a much more reliable company
First time ordering directly from chemical guys. Last time ever purchasing chemical guys product. One, it is probably the slowest snail shipping.I've ever seen in my entire life. Two their customer service number when you call it.As it does is play music and then hangs up on you until you call about twenty times. If you ever have to call, just click the button at your commercial sales and you want to sell their product and that's the only way they'll answer. Then they just tell you, just sit and wait, and we'll get the product to you when we sure g****** feel like it. They create the shipping ticket a week ahead of actually shipping it out. And then they refused to let you cancel the order. Like I said, been using their product for years, Not a bad product, first time ordering directly from them, instead of a third party. The first time dealing with their customer service. Last time I'll ever purchase another product from chemical guys. Looks like I'll be looking for new products. Because I refuse to deal with a company that doesn't give a shit about their costumer
Ordered directly from their store. First mistake. Second one of the spray products sprayer doesn't work. It some cheap Chinese crap. Notified their customer service. All I could get was an AI bot. Said would route to appropriate dept. Crickets. Be aware of anything that sprays, can't tell you about the product because the sprayer is dead. Shame on you guys, taking Business elsewhere.
The products are excellent and offered at great prices. Most of them have delightful scents as well. The only drawback is the shipping, which can be a bit slow; typically, my orders take around 10-14 days to arrive. And some of the goods come damaged, customers service is lacking.
First time using there product. I've been a Marqurier user for many years and enjoyed the easy on easy off carnuba wax.So I gave the Chemical Guys a try. There easy on easy off wax is just as good or better. The detailed shine was amazing. Now time will tell how it holds up to the great northeast.
Same issue as others have reported — I bought their pressure washer, used it once, and it blew up. I sent photos, video, and all the requested info in response to their RMA email, and then… nothing. It’s been 10 days with zero reply. Completely ghosted. What a joke.
