Review Time
I placed an order yesterday at 4PM , my son changed his mind. I tried to cancel 4 hrs later and they claimed the order could not be canceled. Really? The order could not have shipped that quick. They claimed they couldn't cancel it.
My goodness. In the day of online shopping, you’d think a company would have figured out logistics by now. Nope, not these folks. Ordered on their Black Friday deal and still waiting …it’s now December 8. Customer no service - emails are replied quickly by Otto, their overly empathic AI, but still can’t answer where the order is. Then this company creates a shipping label but doesn’t hand it off to FedEx. I called them 3 times on their toll free number and each time it rings for a bit and it “disconnects”. I like their products and I’ve bought them previously on Amazon and Walmart. This experience with Chemical Guys online store - is by far the most pathetic excuse for online shopping thus far. I’ll give it another day for the label to show activity, otherwise it’s going to be a dispute with my credit card for lack of receiving goods. Do not trust their “1-3 days” on their website. Stick to their stores, Amazon and Walmart, at least you don’t get a headache with those methods.
God awful experience with Chemical Guys. I should have listened to every other review on the internet and not made this purchase. They ship slow, their product seems low-quality, and they have some of the worst customer service. I tried to cancel my order but was unsuccessful. The 3PL they used hadn’t shipped my order yet. I have to pay return shipping and get hit with a 15% restocking fee. Buy from anyone else.
I am not reviewing the product itself, because I could not use it due to the defective spray bottle. This review is about the HORRIBLE Customer service from the company. These guys have no idea what customer service is, nothing but BS and little or no help. I would never purchase anything from them. They are back at it today,bugging me over a $10 item. These guys are so full of B S, they live in a delusional state. Be smart, do business somewhere else.
I bought one of their products Total Interior Cleaner and Protection The Product is Bad Customer Service is horrible They acted like I didn't know what I was doing They definitely don't stand behind their Products like they say they do either I won't ever purchase another one of their Products it's definitely not a money back guarantee
Not only is the customer service straightDogShit. Ive ordered the Jet Seal Protectant from Autozone, JB Tools, and directly from Chemical Guys. A total of 5 Jet Seals and they were all expired with the same DOB(Date of Birth) of the year 2020. Which is 5 years expired and it has a shelf life of 3-5 years. All were chunky and unusable. I got refunds from Autozone and JB Tools easily, but it took 4 weeks to get a refund from Chemical guys. I spent 2 months trying to get a hold of an unexpired one yet couldn’t because seems they are mass selling expired ones. Even during a call with one of them not only did he hang up on me, but he admitted if I buy it again it probably will be expired again. BE CAREFUL AND CHECK DOB DATES.
