Even though l didn't end up buying the car l was interested in at CTC (a different spec model became available at another dealer and was available for collection immediately) I would recommend this dealership. Tim is a man of his word and refunded me my deposit despite me pulling out of the purchase. Dealing with Tim and his partner Mark was quite refreshing in this day and age as they were not pushy like some car sales people are. Tim was honest about what needed to be done to the vehicle (a minor fix but needed to be done by a main dealer specialist) and explained it wouldn't be ready for immediate test drive or collection. If my work commute situation was different l would have waited and taken the vehicle as it was very reasonably priced and a lovely car.
Anyway, these guys do business properly and operate with honesty and integrity and I would have no hesitation buying from them in the future.
The chaps at Chepstow Trade Centre were extremely friendly and helpful with choosing my daughter's first car.
There was no pressure to make a decision, but my daughter did like one car, which they advised us to test it first, which we did and she was happy with it.
We decided to have it and agreed on the cost and we were given a 12 month warranty and an extra key as part of the deal.
When we picked up the car it was serviced (with new brakes and tyres as they were quite worn), Fresh MoT, Valeted and even a bunch of flowers on the passenger seat.
So after 3 days of ownership she is very happy with her car.

These guys go above and beyond for you. Not pushy didn't even lose patience with me when I went to see a car and chose a different car VW Tiguan. The car is perfect. Excellent experience at Chepstow trade centre; although we didn’t end up purchasing as they didn’t have quite what we wanted in stock, the service was great. Very responsive to my enquiry - back to me within minutes and kept me updated throughout out the week with the progress of the cars prep which was appreciated. let me have a decent length of time test driving the car we were considering. Very knowledgeable on answering my questions about the car / other options that might be avoidable within my requirements.
