ChicCurve has great products. You can't find these in a regular department store. In fact, a sales lady in the shapewear department of Macy's recommended this company and site. She said these products were better than what they had at Macy's. And, she was right. CbicCurves website is easy to navigate. They have the best shapewear I have ever seen or bought. The items I bought fit perfectly and really flattened my stomach. Really happy with their products. They have a great selection and several different options also. It takes a while to arrive in the mail though, so plan ahead. Two weeks to a month is what I have experienced. But worth the wait.
I placed an order on December 15th, 2025, and was charged the next day. However, I still haven't received my product. Their website states a delivery time of 5-7 business days. Typically, companies charge once items are shipped. It's been almost a month without any updates. I've lost interest in the items and would like a refund.
The purchasing process was exceptionally easy. However, I noticed there wasn’t a size chart to guide me in selecting the right size based on shape or weight. It might be available, but I overlooked it, so I chose an XL, which is my regular size.
I will never order from this so-called company again. Sizes were wrong, it took over a month to receive them, and they wouldn’t refund my money. I was told to choose different items, only to find those weren’t available, and I still haven’t received tracking for the new items after three weeks.
I will NEVER buy anything from this site again! The jeans are not as stretchy as advertised. I’ve been trying to return them, but they refuse to provide return instructions! I spent $111, and they’re only offering a 10% discount, meaning I’d get back $11 while keeping jeans that don’t fit! They claim it costs more to return them, yet it didn’t take a month for me to receive them! This is a terrible company! I’m still fighting for my refund!
These individuals are scammers! They never sent my product and falsely claimed it was sent to the wrong address. I had to provide screenshots of my original order with the correct address. They never attempted to send me another product to rectify the situation, effectively scamming me out of $70. I will ensure this website is highlighted on social media as a scam.
