Ordered two bodysuits at £7.99 each. Facebook reviews were very good, meant to hold you in at all the right places.I ordered a medium, as I tried to try one on the strap broke, literally come apart at the thread. Super thin material, does nothing at all for body shape. Cheap and nasty
Like many here it would seem, I ordered a bathing suit and a bikini. They took ages to arrive (I emailed and low and behold they finally dispatched them about 2 was after the order), then when they arrived, the items are no good. I've emailed over and over again and just keep gerring a standard response sayingthat they have replied. They have not.
Update - I have received a full refund from PayPal, if you have purchased from this company through PayPal, I would urge you to contact customer services as you have buyer protection. If you see this before asking a purchase from this company, save yourself the hassle and just don't buy from them.Ordered the viral maybelline bubble mascara and paid for fast shipping. About a month later I received some cheap Chinese mascara which was nothing like what I had ordered. When I complained to their customer services, they offered a discount on my next purchase and refused to send what I had actually ordered. I then opened a dispute with PayPal and they emailed me asking to close the case, promising they would refund me after I closed the case. I believe they would not have done this and it was a way for them to stop PayPal refunding me. It has now been 7 weeks and I am waiting on a decision from PayPal which I am not feeling optimistic about after reading these reviews. Do not use this dodgy scam company if you have any sense.
Well what can I say about this scamming company, they take your money don't send your goods & when you email them about your order they send the same email that's it's on it's way & they are very busy. I raised it with my credit card & got my money back, after 30 days they can't have your money & goods.So good luck anybody that orders from them. Guess my bikini is still in transit haha
ordered the mascara that everyone is talking about , bubble mascara , its been 5 weeks and i still havent recieved it , i have emailed 6 times now ,just getting a reply back like everyone else, no way of getting hold of them and the tracking number is fake,anoyed with myself for falling for it and should of read the reviews first , even has the cheek to not comment on facebook as they will do there best to put it right , whats not right is that they are getting away with it
