Review Time
Asked for a return address, they replied it was expensive to return ( I have to pay even thou their site says free returns). I am unable to return as they won't give me an address. Just asked me to pay extra towards another one. I received my order which was nice but didn't fit. They just keep saying they have replied but there are no replies. I've checked spam/ junk folders incase it went there but it hasn't
I ordered stuff on 3rd May and as of yet I still haven't received it, I have emailed 6 times and each time I received a generic email saying they would be intouch within 48 hrs...then nothing...now £7.99 is probably a drop in the ocean to them but to me it's alot of money...I am not expected my order now or my money back and will no longer buy off fb....
I purchased an item. When received the button holes are not big enough for the buttons to pass through them. Having asked for a full refund they responded saying they would give me 20% discount off my next purchase and to gift the item to a friend. They are now ignoring all correspondence. Every time I sent an email they just send a response back stating they have replied.
I am appalled by this company. I placed an order on 19th April 2025 and I am still waiting for it to arrive. I managed to email them and they answered 10 days later to say the product had arrived but tracking says its still at the airport. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I ordered 3 of the bikinis, 2 for my daughter different sizes and one for me, when they arrived tried them on and we both didnt like what they looked like so emailed them asking for a returns label and a refund and all i keep getting is "we have recieved your email and will get back to yoy". This was about 3 weeks ago, it also states dont keep sending emails as it will delay their response but seeing as i didnt get a response after a week i emailed again and again and again and 3 weeks later im stuck with 3 binkis idont want, need or like.All the reviews on facebook are fake
Ordered a swimsuit from here - which is lovely by the way - but it doesn't suit me so I want to return it. The company has ghosted both emails that I've sent them though requesting the return, only sending out the 'we've received your email and will get back to you' standard reply. There are no other ways to get hold of them.
