Great customer service. The lined tights a great quality and the feet part is not lined- so no sweaty feet or shoes not fitting. The only thing to bear in mind is that the tan colour is deeper than I expected. Lovely tummy control and fit seems true to size.
Bras sent are not those shown and advertised on their website.They are cheap copies, not fit for purpose, complete rip off.Complained and was offered a discount as it's expensive to return - I refused and warned I would do a chargeback. Refund in full was given.
UK buyers – please read before ordering from chic-lucky. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMFirst of all whatever you see online this company is not UK based.The products I received were poor quality, inconsistent, and not wearable. What was advertised on the website does not match what actually arrived. Eventually when it arrived as this was shipped from China. When I contacted customer service to return the items for a refund, I was told there was “no quality problem”, that returning them wouldn’t be “worth it”, and that I should either keep them, give them away as a gift, or accept a small store voucher instead of my money back. I was also asked not to leave any negative comments.This is a massive red flag.As a UK customer, I expected basic consumer protections to be respected. Instead, I was met with deflection, pressure to accept a voucher, and a refusal to take responsibility for misleading products.The whole process feels designed as a scam with the appearance of a legitimate store, it is designed to stop customers from getting refunds.If you’re in the UK and thinking of ordering, be aware that if there’s an issue, you may struggle to get your money back. They can not do this and are subject to the same UK consumer laws so do not stand for it! Posting this so others don’t make the same mistake.
I would be wary of using this company they are slow at responding to return enquiries after several messages and giving them a negative review they finally processed the partial refund they offered me as they said it would be too expensive to return back to them in the post
Very slow delivery of 2 dresses. When they arrived they were not suitable and really awful material. I have tried numerous times to get help to return the dresses but all I get is an email saying that they are sorry the parcel hasn't arrived!!! I have the parcel!!!! Absolutely awful.... DO NOT USE! .......and for chic lucky my order number is ORDER #ICL118420 I will be taking this further !
