SCAM! I ordered a 7 carat emerald cut ring and 6 weeks later I received a tiny emerald cut pinky ring. I told them I received the WRONG ring. Complaint went unanswered for weeks. A response was finally received and told me the correct ring was sent. I asked for a return label a week ago, with no response. Phone number and USA address on their webpage is fake.
I ordered on February 8th thinking it would arrive 7-14 days in USA. I was wrong. I reached out to chicher via email on March 11th because nothing came. They responded on March 12th saying it was shipped out. Turns out it was some shipping company name Yunexpress from China. With the tariffs USPS isn't tacking packages from China. I have not received my ring what a mess. No number to call to find out what happened. Smells fishy Don't get scammed people.

What we received looked like something out of a $5 claw machine. I’m being generous, at least the claw machine gives you a thrill.The so-called "jewelry" was cheap, plastic-feeling, lightweight, and embarrassingly poor in finish and craftsmanship. It had all the luxury appeal of costume jewelry from a gas station clearance bin. Frankly, it felt like a cruel prank disguised as a premium purchase.We returned it promptly, expecting the bare minimum: a full refund. Most reputable sellers offer that when a customer isn't satisfied. Not ChicherJewelry. They offered us an insulting partial refund ($28 on a $111 purchase), as if that would somehow make up for receiving knockoff junk that wouldn’t pass muster at a flea market.But the real comedy (and tragedy) came in the form of the time suck that followed. We went through weeks of back-and-forth, uploading evidence, tracking shipping, writing statements—enough effort to qualify for a law school externship. At one point, we were practically begging PayPal to get involved.And PayPal? Initially, they sided with the seller. Why? Because apparently the item "matched the description", which only makes sense if the listing described it as "shiny, unwearable garbage made to disappoint."Thankfully, after escalating the issue and spending more time arguing than it took to file our taxes, PayPal finally saw the light. We received a $100 voucher, which helped offset the financial hit. But let’s be honest, we’ll never get back the hours of our lives wasted dealing with this.If you enjoy throwing money away, feeling scammed, and spending your nights drafting appeals to customer service reps, ChicherJewelry is perfect for you. But if you expect decent customer service, honest product listings, and even a hint of quality, run the other direction.Final Verdict:🚫 Trash product🚫 Worse customer service🚫 Time you’ll never get back💡 Buyer Beware.
