This site is a scam I just spend the afternoon with my bank as I was charged 179.00 USD as well as an additional 120.00 plus usd which I did not approve.Additionally it can not be used in the United States. People have been complaining that this is a scam. I should have realized it as I was charged before I submitted a photo. Our licences do not have a picture.
