I cancelled my order because instead of the 4 installments you offered I was charged the full amount. I demanded a refund and you have ghosted me.I would not recommend you!!UPDATE:Your response is baloney and you know that. PayPal confirmed that you never made any attempt to process an installment payment, you just ran the full amount.PayPal does not control merchant installment plans, only the merchants do so again, you are dishonest and consumers should beware. Additionally, I never received anything in spite of you providing a tracking number that you clearly manufactured. My bank is reversing the charges and I have alerted FaceBook about your scams.
Do not buy from this company I have waited over a month to get items which are still not made and still not delivered I've tried to cancel 2 items which is part of my order because it's taken so long to be told we will bill you 30% for cancellation.I think waiting a month and still not having the full delivery I should be able to cancel the undelivered items without penalty.CON!Please report issues to the Better Business Bureau, the more cases that are raised the more awareness they will have of this company.
