Poor quality, poor communication, a non-responsive customer service. When you realize they’ve sent the wrong items and the wrong sizes, the shipping return (at your cost) to China outweighs the cost of the items. The phone number they provide is disconnected. Emails are a copy/paste of their return policy.
I ordered 12 pairs of pajamas and I was a little worried because I read some bad reviews and thought it would take a long time for them to come from China. . But my pajamas came when they said they would and they are just like pictured except that I don't think they have any cotton in them like the website said. The price was good.
Don’t Ever make the mistake of ordering from this company. They immediately change channge the status of your order to shipped so they can charge your card. I cancelled my order the day after and they never replied to my email. Once they really shipped the order they started responding. Once I received the shipment the quality of the items was cheap and did not look anything like the pictures. Now I cannot get a full refund because of their business practices!
