Zero stars, product was not as in photo, itchy, wrong size. When I tried to get a refund or exchange, they charged me for another set of pajamas and never sent them, I’ve been double charged and only received one order and the first one not correct. I’ve tried for a year to get my money back. They wear you down and won’t refund you or exchange. PJ were so expensive and terrible customer service
If I can give them a no star then I would because one star is too much for this entity. They failed to deliver on the product we ordered three months ago. When I contacted them about it they tell me it was shipped, it cannot be cancelled and send me a tracking number. After several months of them providing different tracking numbers and not receiving the products, I requested a full refund. They will not give me a refund to make it right. Of course, my multiple requests for a refund was refused and still no product has been delivered. Horrible customer service. I would never buy from them again nor recommend their services.
Be honest. I placed two different orders and have yet to receive anything from them .when I asked paypal to get involved two later that told paypal that they have been delivered. Anyone who knows it take more then two days to just to go through coustoms. So just ne honest that you just kept the money and don't care about anything. This shows that this company is a ripoff and a scam.
After taking 4 months to arrive. I am terribly disappointed. I bought 2 hats from these thieves. They are so cheap I would embarrass myself if I tried to give them away. They advertised them as Borsalino hats. They turned out to be nameless knockoffs. I didn't know companies could lie like that, and get away with it. I've reevaluated my online shopping habits after this. I feel robbed and violated. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES!
I paid over $300 for family pj's and they did not come until January. I asked for Refund and they offered a discount for next year and keep pj's but I decided I wanted a refund. I paid to return then $28.75 and they received it 3 days later to which the have confirmed receipt. They said they would refund but it will take 15 business days. That was 4 weeks ago. I've reached out again yesterday to get a staus update and have not heard back. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! I'm still trying to get my $$$ back!
Horrible company. Bought Christmas pajamas mid November and did not receive until mid January. They offered me only 5% refund at first. I paid $180! I have to pay the full return price to return items that they didn't send on time. I can't use them next year because they say 2024 on them. Horrible customer service. Won't give you your money back. STAY AWAY
CHICKMATCHY IS A FRAUD THEIR HATS ARE NOT HAND MADE. CONSTRUCTION. CROOKED SEAMS, CHEAP POOR RIBBON.THEIR HATS ARE WORSE THAN WALMART CLEARANCE REJECT RACK. THEY LIE AND SAY IT TAKES 6-8 TO MAKE THE HAT. THOSE WEEKS FOR WHAT? TELLING LIES? THE IMAGESDE ON THE PHOTO FOR AN ITEM IS TOTALLY FALSE. THE PRICE IS OVER INFLATED. THE PROCESS WENT FROM DECEMBER 21, 2024 TO FEBRUARY 13, 2025.
Chicmatchy is a complete scam. They advertise brand name products then ship cheap imitations from China many weeks later. In my case, they damaged the item with the packing by smashing it into a box too small for it. They offered only a 5% refund. They up it to 20% upon further complaint but I will not accept it. They should do a full refund! DO NOT BUY FROM CHICMATCHY
