Typical bait and switch products. They show you a nice picture of a hat that was taken from somebody else's store. Then they send you a piece of crap felt hat that looks nothing like what you ordered and is the wrong size. Even do not buy from this store
I ordered two hats using their buy one, get another at a discount promotion. I waited 20 days for delivery. When I received them, both hats were stuffed in a box that was too small for one hat. The sealed box crushed the crowns of both hats leaving permanent dimples and creases. The height of the box was the same height as that of a cd jewelbox. The size of one of the hats was incorrect. And neither looked like the hat depicted in their ad. When I requested a refund, they offered me a 5% refund and 20% off on my next purchase. The 5% refund was later changed to 15%. The hats were damaged by them and they reduced the refund! They must be on crack to think that I'd buy from them again! Buyer beware!
My pajamas arrived after New Year’s, and I cannot process a refund on their website. I’ve sent several emails requesting assistance with NO response. I also had to place a last-minute order from Amazon, which never disappoints me. I should have read the reviews before placing my order. Help me file for a refund and respond to my emails!!!
This company also is myhathaven. One hat was to big the other was no where near what was on the website. I paid through PayPal luckily, had to dispute the purchase.I won Yay! DO NOT BUY from them. Merch is crap and they are con artists.
Please no one buy from them they are scam. I ordered pj from them it came so late so I told them I want to cancel it, I don’t need them anymore at the beginning they didn’t want to return them and started giving 20% off but I insisted to return them cause they were suppose to be for Christmas and it came in January. So after going back and forth with emails finally they accepted to return it and they gave me the address that I paid for. I send them the tracking No. as they asked and they received it and it’s been over 10 days they didn’t refund me or send me any emails
