Poor experience

I cannot recommend this company. The website boasts fast shipping and delivery. I am still waiting for an order I placed one month ago. I have put in several requests for a refund, but I can't get a refund until I get my items according to my correspondence with the company. If I do want a refund when I get my items, I have to pay for the shipping.....to China. No thank you! I definitely feel like I was cheated out of my money. I hope I eventually get my order.

Items are very cute but horrible service

Items are very cute but this company definitely does not think about it’s customers. Says everything is shipped from US on the home page. Only reason why I purchased from the company. But after finally getting my tracking information just 2 days ago and paying extra money for express delivery weeks ago and my items are still sitting in Donguan. Very sad as we were hoping to have these items for Mother’s Day weekend.

Unsatisfied

Bought matching outfits for myself and my daughter for pictures. Took more than 2 weeks to receive package - from China. Clothes are too small. Was advised to pay $12.99 per item and return shipping for exchange. Requested refund instead and was told to pay return shipping to China before being eligible for refund of the difference between regular price and sale price that I had paid. All items on the website are marked sale with no regular prices shown.

Confusing communication

Tracking feature did not work. When I contacted the "tracking" department they auto replied that they only track packages and could not help me. Reached out to customer service and was told they could not fill my order. They asked me if I wanted to select another item or cancel for a refund. I asked for a refund. Shortly after receiving the could not fill the order email, I received an email that said my package was delayed in Vancouver Airport? Get it straight!
