Horrible company and customer service .The items are cheapy made !!Bought Christmas pajamas mid November and did not receive until mid January. They offered me only 5% refund at first. I paid over 100$ I have to pay the full return price to return items that they didn't send on time. I can't use them next year because they say 2024 on them. Horrible customer service. Won't give you your money back. Tried to dispute it with my bank but item shows delivered so I can’t get my money back. This company a scam stay far away! Don’t waste your money or time here!!
As soon as I made a purchase, I read the reviews and instantly regretted ordering. I messaged their support email that same day. The response time was a little slow, a couple of days, and they asked me why I was canceling. I didn't respond and the next day I had a shipping label. It took about 2 weeks, fast imo coming from China. Turned out to be an overall positive experience.
I recently purchased a few pj set for the whole family. I need to exchange one of the pjs for a larger size. I have reached out multiple time and NO ONE has responded. Apparently their customer service blows. So now I’m going to have to find the same type of pj set that does not come from them and order A larger size. I will not be purchasing from them again.
So far my experience with this company is not very good. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have not received a confirmation yet. No one is responding to my attempts to reach out to customer support. I'm wondering if I have been scammed.
Has anyone noticed that every "real" review is from the US, on normally different dates? Every great review is from Hong Kong and every one was posted on the same exact date. I would definitely stay away from this type of company. Apparently Trustpilot does not check for fake accounts or reviews. Trustpilot claims to, however it's apparent this site is useless.
Horrible Customer Service!!!! Do Not Buy From Them! Their email is rejected every time. Their chat is never returned no one ever responds. I have been trying for days to return what I bough so big they fall off us and I won’t pay for full alterations as each size would have needed. Deplorable Customer Service and they do this on purpose so you run out of time to return the items. They take your money but won’t honor the return policy they post. BEWARE!!!!!!
I ordered items a month ago and have yet to receive them. One pj set was wrong in order. Sent email and was told it would be fixed. After reading the reviews, I'm thinking that it probably won't be that way. Advertising said shipped from Kentucky. Yeah, right. More like China according to tracking.
This company is a complete rip off!!Ordered six sets of Christmas PJ's and two setswere to big. Tried over and over again to get a response to exchange the two sets that didn't fit and no response from them!! Had to purchase new sets and of course their prices have now doubled in cost. Absolutely DO NOT buy from them!!!!!!!!!
This is a company you should not use they advertise things they don't have .They take your money and there's no way to Communicate with them .It's a robot that answers you.It is 2 mths they told me they will return my money when I Threatened them with the commissioner.Still have not received it and they don't answer me.Now I'm going to the commissioner and bank .This was Sept 2 2022.It is now Nov 9 2022.
