The website is easy to navigate, but I was charged £108.90 instead of the listed £70. I attempted to email for support, but the message was undeliverable. I will now try the online form, but I noticed there's no phone number to contact the company.
Ordering was simple, but I wanted to ask a couple of questions. Since there was no phone number available, I had to write down my query, which would take time to get a response. The item I wanted was selling quickly, and I feared it would sell out before I received an answer, so I decided to buy immediately. I hope I made the right choice. A detailed item description on the website would have been beneficial.
