As a new landlord I explored all agents and used choices to provide a quote, although I didn’t select choice solely as my current agent was recommend by family, I found the agent friendly, and approachable, (Bradley) put my mind at ease, with his relaxed approach. I’ll definitely keep choices in mind Incase I need an agent in future.
Shiquerah at the crawley branch always helps us out and is speedy in her responses. I can't fault her even if we did have a few misunderstandings with each other. She is am asset to choices and always polite/professional. Would recommend crawley depot we have had multiple breakdowns and they are always fast to deliver.
I had a very disappointing experience with CHOICES due to their poor service, lack of hygiene standards, and unprofessional conduct. Despite repeated complaints, the bathroom was left in a filthy state, and the agency showed no urgency in resolving it. Communication was chaotic, with messages often ignored and no coordination between the agency and landlord. It took nearly four stressful months, endless emails, and a formal dispute with evidence just to get my deposit back. CHOICES clearly prioritizes money over tenant well-being and shows no accountability. I strongly advise avoiding this agency if you expect even basic professionalism.
