13 items received, almost all Harley.
Got 3 jackpot boxes, and a few extra free gifts which came to a total of 353$ shipped, took a month to arrive when shipping says 2-7 days and I out of the 13 items I received, I would wear one item, one of the shirts. Everything else is Harley Davidson tshirts. I specialized the types of items I wanted as well. Should of been diligent when I saw 4 other reviews with the same issue. Kicker is you can't return your order because it's supposed to be curated to your order. When emailed about the issue, they will email you back saying Harley is one of the better resale vintage clothing items. I bought the box to wear the clothes not to try and get my money back on the horrible purchase. all that said there team is good at getting back to emails, unfortunately that doesn't change my experience.
I received one long sleeve from a random college as well. That had the year 2011. Technically not even vintage.
Anyways, tl:dr received all Harley and other low quality items for 353$, emailed them, was told to kick rocks.
I think my favorite thing about the experience was just the ease of making choices while things are still feel bespoke and personalized through the way that Vibn has designed their process. Also love the very unique Carhartt add-on. I feel like it shows that this brand is very in touch with creating a unique upsell rather than the standard ones that a lot of other companies do.
I placed my order in January, it is now march and I still don’t have the option to track my package. The entire month I have been waiting for the package to arrive and it hasn’t even been shipped. Just not good service.
All these reviews do NOT talk about what arrived, they are all of how ordering was easy, and they're package has yet to arrive, since when do people review before receiving the package at this scale?

They just never ships the order then refuses to refund. It's been more than a month now, i emailed then 2 times, and both time they cannot give me an estimated shipping time. I asked for a refund, which they refused because "its final sale". It's not final sale if i never reveive my order.
I'll chargeback with my bank...

I saw an ad on Instagram and usually I dislike our ad culture and just skip through them but Vibn caught my eye. I love vintage clothing because of the quality of the materials and am very excited about my box. Their website is really easy to navigate.
Sharing a recent experience for transparency.
I placed an order with Vibn that had a stated 5–15 business day processing time. After the window passed, I followed up multiple times but couldn’t get a clear shipping date. The order stayed in a “processing queue” with no confirmed timeline.
After several emails and formally requesting either shipment or a refund, they eventually cancelled the order and issued a full refund.
In the end I got my money back, but the process took a lot of follow-up and there was no proactive communication from the company about the delay.
If you’re ordering, just be aware that processing times may extend beyond the advertised window.
Found the shop via Instagram. The shop offered very unique tees that hold a lot of nostalgia as well as some Carhartt gear. As a Midwest 90s kid, it was hard to pass up.
I saw you guys on instagram and normally I don’t care for any advertisement on there, but it seemed like a very cold idea plus I needed some hoodies. Website was very easy to use, prices are good as well and I’m very excited to see what’s I my box
If I could give zero stars I would. First, I ordered the box for my boyfriend on December 15th and did not receive my order until February 3rd (only after 2 follow-ups). The company's advertised products are misleading. You will not receive what you "think" you should receive. There were no vintage items. We received 4 poor quality Harley Davidson t-shirts and 1 Harley Davidson hoodie (which are far from my boyfriend's interest). It looked like they just copy some prints on a t-shirt. Nothing sports or college related. We were genuinely highly disappointed. The items were too small (Large fit like a medium). BEWARE and read their return policy. No exchanges for size or style. Spent $100 on stuff I could get at my local midwest Missouri thrift store for $40 total.
