I ordered three items, which arrived separately. Two of the dresses are excellent; one I've worn several times and the other is saved for Halloween. The third item is a bikini that I mistakenly ordered in the wrong size. It's beautiful but too small. Unfortunately, there are no larger sizes available anymore since the season has ended. The representative at the service desk was very friendly and responded quickly. She provided a solution that I greatly appreciate. Hence, I give it five stars. Thank you!
Great service and a friendly team. The swimsuit is very stretchy. I ordered it in EU size 44, but typically wear EU size 46. The description indicated a hip measurement of 110cm, while I'm a size 120. The same goes for the waist, which stated 85, whereas I'm a size 100. The fabric is fantastic, stretches beautifully, and is very comfortable to wear. I'm completely satisfied, and shipping was faster than I expected.
Do not place an order! I bought shoes that broke within two minutes. Even though they promised to send a replacement, I never received it. The jumpsuit I ordered in November 2024 still hasn't arrived and probably never will. They do not respond to emails or issue refunds, despite multiple attempts to contact them. Please avoid ordering from this seller!
I ordered a lovely green coat in size M. It arrived quickly, and the quality is impressive. Unfortunately, the size was too small for me. I reached out to the service team to inquire about returning the coat for a refund. A very kind representative quickly responded, offering me the option to keep the coat and get a new one in size L for just 10€. This is exemplary service, and I gladly accepted the offer!
