This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I put in a purchase and then emailed them to cancel my order 12 hours after placing the order. I was then told I could not cancel the order and that I would have to return the parcel to them. I sent the parcel back to them 2 months ago and they still haven't refunded me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE GUYS.

Poor service

Placed the the order on 2nd Sept and still havent recieved it.Dropped them a mail for them to say they are awaiting stock for one of the items and then they will send out the whole order. Still nothing!Have sent a couple more emails and recieved no reply. Tried Insta DM, Twitter still nothing.Ask a question section on the website doesn't even work.Poor customer service level, can't even provide regular updates to waiting customers.

Scam!

I returned two pairs of sunglasses. Had to pay for shipping, over 20$. The return has been processed on September 25th and now 1 1/2 months later I still did not get my money back. I wrote several mails but they just ghost me.This company scams people!!

Late, Missing Items, and Extra Fees

I was charged an extra $60 for import fees due to missing documents when the package FINALLY was shipped after 2 months, just for it to have half of my order missing. DO NOT BUY THESE IN THE UNITED STATES.

I disagree with the bad reviews

This company has a lot of bad reviews but I disagree with them. Yes the wait time was over a month and I didn’t get any updates but one of mine was pre order and it said they will be released in a month so I knew what I was in for. Maybe other reviews we also pre order and they didn’t read properly or maybe yes there delivery is very slow but why is that such a big deal if your glasses arrive your glasses arrive and they do. Also as slow as the delivery was as soon as the package was sent it came 1 day after So delivery speed is very quick I think but there must be some delays in their warehouse or just because it was pre order Quality and design is very good I bought the blue lense osaka which are great and the Lisbon pair. these glasses for 25£ each are definitely worth the money. Bargain. Don’t know what people are overreacting about to be honest.

Terrible quality - Shoddy customer service

First of all the delivery time and customer service is shocking. I ordered the London 115’s and the website stated 2-5 days delivery. And it took them nearly 2 months. I emailed and requested help on the website 5 times! And not once did I receive any information back. It would have been fine if they at least got back and mentioned a delay. The Other glaring problem with this company is the false advertising. “Premium eyewear” what a joke. They’re no better quality than a £10 pair from ASOS or something you’d find in a Turkish market. They just wrapped it in a fancy box and charged nearly £50!This is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to write a review for something but felt I had to with how disappointing this experience has been. You expect to be able to trust someone like vikkstar, and using their platform to spread crap to make a quick buck is just embarrassing.TLDR; Don’t waste your money!
