Review Time
Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being misled, overcharged, and treated like your money means nothing. They conveniently hide delivery and customs fees, so if you’re outside the UK, expect an extra €30 dumped onto your order with zero transparency. On top of that, the delivery time is a complete joke—slow to the point of being unacceptable.
It gets even worse with their so-called “lifetime warranty,” which is nothing more than another cash grab. They fail to mention there’s an additional €15 fee attached to it, and if your item arrives broken straight out of the package, you’re still expected to pay it. No warning, no accountability—just more money out of your pocket.
The Circulr team clearly couldn’t care less. They brush off every issue as “not their problem,” which tells you exactly how little they value their customers.
Their claim of offering premium sunglasses at half the price is an outright joke. I’ve already paid over €70 and still haven’t even received anything. At this point, it feels less like a business and more like a scam.
This isn’t just unprofessional—it’s blatantly dishonest and incompetent. A company that operates like this has absolutely no business taking people’s money.
No wonder they make money, they sell you in by saying these are cheap, high quality glasses that can be returned within 60 days. But in reality they are only cheap, and the quality was bad. And when it comes to returning them, they don't send you a prepaid return label, they send you a address and the rest is up to you. So basically in was cheaper for me to just throw them out rather than send them back.

The London 000 sunnies are spectacular and definitely the best priced sunnies I've worn. I ordered these sunnies mid November last year getting my first pair half price being even better. They arrived early December as they are made from the UK and I was located in Australia. Being Christmas time too did take a little longer with delivery but they came in the end.Now time for the actual product. I chose the London 000 because I wanted to change my style a bit for myself and see if it worked. It worked amazing with me, fits my head well, the stems dont feel tight around my ears or head lining up with my face perfectly. The actual lens themselves are definitely the best polarised sunnies I've worn. Like a genuine wow, I was able to really see against the sun and everything felt so much clearer. Great time of the year over here to have sunnies and I highly rate Circulrco.Thank you Vik for creating an amazing business for yourself and the world around you, keep up the amazing work.
First pair of sunglasses I've bought that actually fit me. The quality is unbelievably good, they also look good and they're comfortable to wear. I will definitely purchase again and recommend to friends. I'm not sure why I'm seeing so many negative reviews, perhaps it's overseas complications. But I recieved my order without damage and within 3 days of initial purchase. The company is genuine and I even left a message for them which I got a nice reply to. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would.
The quality was flimsy plastic, I’m not mad at that I’m mad because I ended up returning it on the 5th of December I GOT MY MY BACK ON THE 9TH OF JANUARY, after paying £18 delivery fee plus the £5 I used to send it back I had to contact my bank.
Glasses arrived on time and product was as displayed but jsut didn’t fit so sent back for a refund. They received them returned about a week later and confirmed via email yet a month later I had no refund. I had to manually contact them via chat a month later only realising on bank statements I hadn’t received it back yet for them to finally push the refund through - bit dodgy. Also, all contact seems to come through an external company, bit of a bizarre setup for what is a premium branded company. Product ok, but check you get a refund if you send them back.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses for my son for Christmas from CIRCULR. The language on their website made it sound like the shipping fee covered all the charges for shipping. Unfortunately the glasses ship from Great Britain and CIRCULR does not cover the duties, taxes and fees on the product when it goes through customs. Nowhere on the website to do they indicate that the glasses are coming from overseas. To make it worse, there is no customer service. If you are lucky enough to find the link to customer service on their website, you will find that it doesn’t work. The site is a scam. The company ships via FedEx who will bill you after the delivery. The bill I received from FedEx ended up being almost the same price as the sunglasses. My son liked the glasses, but we could have found better quality at a store here for the same price without having to pay tariffs.
They’re incredibly meh. The company claims to want to provide the designer brands but at an affordable price. Don’t get me wrong, they work, and if you get them when they’re 50% off they aren’t THAT bad.I can’t speak for all the types, but I bought the Cairo 111 and they just feel like seriously cheap plastic. You can grab either of the arms and rotate it left and right so the hinge isn’t any good either. In my opinion, the leather case, fabric case and cloth feels more expensive than the glasses themselves…For the 20ish quid I bought them for, I won’t lose sleep, but I really wouldn’t recommend. I have the Raybans that the Cairo glasses try to match, and Rayban is just far superior.
