Review Time
So I ordered the pre-order that was said to be sent out by 4th of august, not only was there no emial or notification that it was delayed, I had to personally send a request to the customer support ( which to be fair is pretty good ) and they then sent it out a day later (With added DHL delays which isn't their fault to be fair). Then it turns out the VAT and import costs aren't covered by them, like c'mon just put it in your price like the rest of the industry and not make it feel like you have to pay a big sum just to even get it ( after 16 days btw)
Absolutely horrible. Ordered a pair of sunglasses, I first paid 25 EUR for delivery already, and now I am also getting an email that I need to pay 26 EUR in customs.Ludicrous, never had anything like this. Please don't buy from them.
Purchased the London blue light glasses after the new version released. When I got the first pair I could see it’s the old version, customer service agent arranged a new pair to be delivered. The new pair was also the older version. Got a full refund thankfully, but it’s pathetic from the company to release a new product and not ship them.
