Honestly, no complaints about service. Just a good 24/7 gym. Sometimes the carabiner on the cable machine is missing, or the machine I need is broken. But thats not the gym's fault. Next day I'm there it's always fixed. My main criticism is how they group the machines... (I don't get it!!!) And maybe they need more free weights in the lower weight bracket. But otherwise, as someone with two X chromosomes, this gym is clean, chill, and safe. I also like the included group classes :D
Simplicity Fitness Ferrymead is amazing.Friendly staff, who are welcoming.Great layout and nice to go without all the "gym boys".Amazing PT Mikayla pushes you but knows your limits always encouraging but makes sure you are pushing yourself enough to get those results.
